Schneider Electric's ATV series of Altivar drives offers 8 families of over 100 different models. These are general purpose AC drives used with both synchronous and asynchronous motors. The models that fall under this family are ATV71 and ATV78. The ATV71 line of drives are frequency inverters for 3 phase asynchronous motors at 525V to 690V. The ATV71 can run between 0.37 kW and 630 kW. Both types of drives offer the following benefits:
